Refund Policy

1. Overview

CamToVideoCall ("we", "us", "our") provides a digital service platform. All purchases made on camtovideocall.com are for digital services that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the immediate and digital nature of our premium features, our refund policy is limited. By completing a purchase on CamToVideoCall, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

2. Subscription Plans

CamToVideoCall offers the following premium subscription plans:

Premium features are activated immediately upon confirmation of successful payment. Access to premium features begins at the moment of activation and counts toward the subscription period regardless of actual usage.

Refund requests may be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Approval of a refund in any of the above cases is at the sole discretion of CAMTOVIDEOCALL and does not constitute a general right to refund for all users or future transactions.

5. Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request for an eligible case, please email support@camtovideocall.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]". Include your registered email address, the transaction ID or payment reference number, the date of the transaction, and a clear description of the reason for your refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

6. Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Processing time is typically 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction.

7. No Returns or Exchanges

As CamToVideoCall is a purely digital service platform, we do not accept returns of any kind, do not offer exchanges or substitutions for any purchased plan, and unused subscription time cannot be transferred, exchanged, or credited toward a different plan. All sales are final upon activation.

8. No Shipping Policy

CamToVideoCall is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no delivery charges, no shipping timelines, and no tracking numbers associated with any purchase made on our platform. All premium features are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment confirmation.

9. Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe a payment was made fraudulently using your payment method without your authorization, please immediately contact your bank or card issuer to report the unauthorized charge and request a chargeback, and also contact us at support@camtovideocall.com with your transaction details. We will cooperate fully with fraud investigations conducted by payment providers and relevant authorities.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals. To cancel, contact us at support@camtovideocall.com with your registered email and subscription details. Please note that cancellation stops future billing only — it does not trigger a refund for the current active period. Your premium access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period, after which your account reverts to the free plan automatically.
